By making a reservation, you agree to the conditions below. <\/h4>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Well-being, respect and privacy<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spa &amp; Sens is an immersive and private wellness space. Calm, respect and discretion are essential to ensure a relaxing experience for everyone. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>The space reserved for you is strictly private. Please respect the premises, equipment, d\u00e9cor, crockery, and linens provided (towels, bathrobes, slippers). <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Late arrival<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any late arrival does not extend the originally scheduled departure time.<br\/>We kindly ask you to plan your journey and respect the arrival time indicated in your confirmation.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Private space<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An overrun of more than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled end time allows us to access the space without notice to prepare for the next guests.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>Example: for a reservation from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, departure must be no later than 4:10 PM.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellation \/ No-Show \/ Booking Amendment<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer does not have a right of withdrawal for any reservation on a specific date or period.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 A confirmation email is sent to you within one hour of your reservation.<br\/>\u2022 In case of cancellation or modification, 48 working hours&#8217; notice before the reservation is required. After this period, no reason will be accepted (illness, accident, unforeseen circumstances, etc.). <br\/>\u2022 If this deadline is not met, the deposit, full payment or gift voucher is entirely forfeited.<br\/>\u2022 No refund can be made, regardless of the reason.<br\/>\u2022 In case of cancellation by Spa &amp; Sens due to force majeure, your deposit remains valid and can be rescheduled within 3 months, renewable depending on circumstances.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Gift vouchers<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Gift vouchers are valid until the date indicated, with no possibility of extension or refund.<br\/>\u2022 They must be presented on the day of your visit. If forgotten, payment for the service will be required. <br\/>\u2022 They cannot be resold without agreement or transferred at a price different from the original.<br\/>\u2022 The voucher number must be mentioned when booking.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 It is strictly forbidden to add personal products (scrubs, oils, body lotions, etc.) to the equipment.<br\/>\u2022 You will be notified 10 minutes before the end of your time slot (using the bell) to allow you to prepare calmly to leave.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Mandatory shower<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please take a soapy shower before accessing the jacuzzi or sauna, to avoid any deposits of cream or textile fibers that could soil the facilities.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Attire and hygiene<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 We provide a bathrobe, slippers and towel pack (included in certain packages).<br\/>\u2022 We decline all responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal belongings left unattended.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Tobacco &amp; waste<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Spa.<br\/>\u2022 Please dispose of cigarette butts only in the ashtrays provided for this purpose, never on the ground or in the Spa.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Food &amp; drinks<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No personal food or drinks are allowed.<br\/>We provide a menu of beverages and light refreshments on site.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Children<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children are admitted only if accompanied by an adult.<br\/>We do not currently offer specific facilities or services for children.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Options and special requests<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain extras can be added to your reservation (to be ordered at least 48 hours in advance):<br\/>\u2022 Birthday cake: \u20ac20 to \u20ac40<br\/>\u2022 Flower bouquets: \u20ac30 to \u20ac50<br\/>\u2022 Single rose: \u20ac5<br\/>\u2022 Chocolates: \u20ac18 to \u20ac25<br\/>\u2022 Romantic package (rose petals, etc.): \u20ac50<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Bachelorette parties<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A bottle of champagne is offered to the bride-to-be for any reservation of 4 hours or more.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Safety and liability<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 For safety reasons, Spa &amp; Sens reserves the right to access private spaces at any time (after ringing the bell with no response).<br\/>\u2022 We decline all responsibility in case of falls, slips, theft or other incidents on the premises or in the parking lot.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Deposit &amp; payment<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 A 50% deposit is required for any reservation made by email<br\/>\u2022 This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of making the reservation. In the absence of payment, Spa &amp; Sens reserves the right to cancel the reservation.<br\/>\u2022 Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card or advance payment on site.<br\/>\u2022 For any reservation made via the online booking system, full payment is required at the time of order (100% of the amount).<br\/>\u2022 When making your reservation (at least 48 hours before your visit), please let us know: <strong>your meal preferences<\/strong> &amp; any <strong>desired options or surprises<\/strong> (champagne, romantic package, etc.) <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We wish you a wonderful moment of escape.<br\/><em>The Spa &amp; Sens team<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last updated on 2024-06-03 These rules apply to anyone booking a service at Spa &amp; Sens.
