These rules apply to anyone booking a service at Spa & Sens. By making a reservation, you agree to the conditions below.

1. Well-being, respect and privacy

Spa & Sens is an immersive and private wellness space. Calm, respect and discretion are essential to ensure a relaxing experience for everyone.


The space reserved for you is strictly private. Please respect the premises, equipment, décor, crockery, and linens provided (towels, bathrobes, slippers).

2. Late arrival

Any late arrival does not extend the originally scheduled departure time.
We kindly ask you to plan your journey and respect the arrival time indicated in your confirmation.

3. Private space

An overrun of more than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled end time allows us to access the space without notice to prepare for the next guests.


Example: for a reservation from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, departure must be no later than 4:10 PM.

4. Cancellation / No-Show / Booking Amendment

The customer does not have a right of withdrawal for any reservation on a specific date or period.

• A confirmation email is sent to you within one hour of your reservation.
• In case of cancellation or modification, 48 working hours’ notice before the reservation is required. After this period, no reason will be accepted (illness, accident, unforeseen circumstances, etc.).
• If this deadline is not met, the deposit, full payment or gift voucher is entirely forfeited.
• No refund can be made, regardless of the reason.
• In case of cancellation by Spa & Sens due to force majeure, your deposit remains valid and can be rescheduled within 3 months, renewable depending on circumstances.

5. Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid until the date indicated, with no possibility of extension or refund.
• They must be presented on the day of your visit. If forgotten, payment for the service will be required.
• They cannot be resold without agreement or transferred at a price different from the original.
• The voucher number must be mentioned when booking.

6. Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna

• It is strictly forbidden to add personal products (scrubs, oils, body lotions, etc.) to the equipment.
• You will be notified 10 minutes before the end of your time slot (using the bell) to allow you to prepare calmly to leave.

7. Mandatory shower

Please take a soapy shower before accessing the jacuzzi or sauna, to avoid any deposits of cream or textile fibers that could soil the facilities.

8. Attire and hygiene

• We provide a bathrobe, slippers and towel pack (included in certain packages).
• We decline all responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal belongings left unattended.

9. Tobacco & waste

• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Spa.
• Please dispose of cigarette butts only in the ashtrays provided for this purpose, never on the ground or in the Spa.

10. Food & drinks

No personal food or drinks are allowed.
We provide a menu of beverages and light refreshments on site.

11. Children

Children are admitted only if accompanied by an adult.
We do not currently offer specific facilities or services for children.

12. Options and special requests

Certain extras can be added to your reservation (to be ordered at least 48 hours in advance):
• Birthday cake: €20 to €40
• Flower bouquets: €30 to €50
• Single rose: €5
• Chocolates: €18 to €25
• Romantic package (rose petals, etc.): €50

13. Bachelorette parties

A bottle of champagne is offered to the bride-to-be for any reservation of 4 hours or more.

14. Safety and liability

• For safety reasons, Spa & Sens reserves the right to access private spaces at any time (after ringing the bell with no response).
• We decline all responsibility in case of falls, slips, theft or other incidents on the premises or in the parking lot.

15. Deposit & payment

• A 50% deposit is required for any reservation made by email
• This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of making the reservation. In the absence of payment, Spa & Sens reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card or advance payment on site.
• For any reservation made via the online booking system, full payment is required at the time of order (100% of the amount).
• When making your reservation (at least 48 hours before your visit), please let us know: your meal preferences & any desired options or surprises (champagne, romantic package, etc.)
